On May 12, 2016, China Security & Fire Co., Ltd. held the 25th Meeting of its 9th Board and 20th Meeting of its 9th Supervisors Committee. The resolution “Proposal to Sign Change of Contract: Share Sales Agreement” was passed in the Directors’ Meeting and the Supervisors’ Meeting separately.
