On March 24th, 2015, with approval from Shanghai Administration for Industry & Commerce, Shanghai Feilo Co., Ltd was officially renamed China Security & Fire Co., Ltd. At the same time, China Security & Fire increased its capital and changed its business scope, with registered capital increasing from over RMB700 million to over RMB1.2 billion, and business scope expanding to cover computer system integration, technical development, transfer, consultation and services in computer software, data processing, enterprise management consultation, property management, electromechanical installation and construction, construction of smart building, mechanical equipment sales, hardware used in AC power and electronic products.
Change of company name, registered capital and business scope injected new vitality to the company, giving a new lease of life to this famous “Old Conventional Business”.
